Notes on the event:
- We had a VERY COOL set-up with the binoculars and were able to monitor progress closely and share it with a whole bunch of people - from friends to just random folks passing by!
- Drawing how the moon makes it's progress was very beneficial: the trajectory was not what we all expected :)
- Amazing shadows all around us - all crescent-shaped!

I stopped to look at two yellow birds feeding on seeds very close to me - but I was not quiet enough while getting my pen out and they flew away.
