March 2013: Last Snow of the Season

It was warm and it was dark much much later - so we sketched more and longer, we made more and larger snow men-rabbits-snowzillas etc., chased more dogs and found more animals in the clouds. Great trip! Now - waiting for the next snow season ;)

Sketching and Skiing: Kirkwood 2013

I find it extremely hard not to use snow for sketching - as a texturing tool :) Tracks and branches in the snow are ever tempting subject though I managed to fit some attempts at people too :)

Lovely weather and not as cold as our first trip this year :)
Weather service's predictions worked for about 15 minutes out of each day - still it was fun to see all kinds of snow :)
