Somehow I've missed your entries - I thoroughly enjoyed browsing your blog, you have some really nice work here. I love the caraciture-like drawings you've done and the watercolors like this one are really nice. Lots to see and enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI took a watercolor painting class and can truly appreciate the intentional "messy" look you have going on here. My watercolors oozed and dripped and never quit got the "intentional" look...just mud. I reviewed your other pics and like your unique style...very free and unrestricting.

ReplyDeleteIt seems that you are apologizing to the pig for making him into food for people to grill. I love the way the images emerge from the colors...your work always starts off looking abstract and then takes form. It's beuatifuol both ways, and this one is extra good! (p.s.- tell the pig i don't eat meat; I feel sorry about it too)
