Thank you for sharing, your description and illustration are fabulous. This book sounds so interesting, I just requested a copy from our local library. I love that it starts with a chapter on how to boil water! I can’t wait to see the book. Like you, I used to browse at the library and select books sometimes just because I liked the way they looked. I do miss the library, thank goodness we still have access to the books.
