Another post form the March sketchbook. Small airplane was moving quite fast and it was hard to add colors so I abandoned the idea and tried to catch the shapes of the bridges around San Francisco.
One of the most vivid memories is different color patches in the bay waters!
It was a wonderfully sunny day - though wind rather quickly made me wonder how people survived long shifts on the deck and I went sketching people chewing on pretzels next to the helicopter.
Many pigeons everywhere :)
Warm, windy and lots of planes and people (long lines)! Great time - really cool formation flying and amazing, colorful crowd of planes. Too bad we did not make it to the tower - well, may be next year! :)
