December 2010: Alum Rock Park

We had a really great day in Alum Rock Park: throwing rocks in the water, painting together, lots of squirrels, very noisy blue jays attacking my backpack (which I left on a table for a minute), very quickly moving sun, amazing shapes of trees. And a lot of talking about all of the above :)

I always enjoy having people in a picture. But these are special somehow - I think I understood something in these drawings. We had a lot of fun together over the summer :)

I've got a few funny pictures of me and my mom sketching without noticing a pretty large park vehicle passing by through what we left for him (we were sitting on the side of the road ;)
