I collected some extra treasures to draw when we got home.



On the way back I drew in a cave!



And drew a landscape in 1 minute - next time I will spend another to add color!

Almost no Water in the falls and almost no people (by Yosemite's standards!). Always endless process of choosing what to draw and always not enough time to draw it all :) Wonderful day!

Yosemite Trip - Fall in the Sierras

The weather was amazing during whole trip. And I want to go back there! :)
E would even go back to Bodie town though it's quite a depressing place on many levels.
 

Oct 2013: Yosemite Trip - Day Two

We visited volcanic crater and Mono Lake on the second day. The weather was amazing and stillness of this water makes me swim, kayak or paint it from any angle I glance at it (notice hos I included it in my crater sketch? :)

 
 

October 2013: Yosemite Trip

Last month I went on an incredible trip to Yosemite Valley and beyond. Dear company, spectacular sights, wonderful food, autumn in the Sierra mountains - all this left so many impressions that even with several sketches a day I felt like I did not record even 100th part of my experiences :) But I'll share what I have :)

We stayed overnight in a nice cabin which had two really cool things: this chair (with a mirror and drawer) and a large oak tree around which deck was built - with a raccoon family in it :) (not pictured :)
